    Getting It Done

How We Will Accomplish Our Mission

Education: Hosting free or affordable educational classes taught by experienced and knowledgeable people, hosted by BFC at our beautiful Monrovia Indiana location. These classes could include building a successful raised bed in your backyard or identifying which "weeds" to keep and which to eradicate in your backyard.

Collaboration: Working with whoever is willing to contribute so we can maximize our community impact. This could be in the form of Community Gardens, Farmer's markets, or tool & supplies donations.

Sustainability: Compost collection, recycling, and local ecosystem stewardship. Showing up to remove invasive plant species at "Weed Wrangles" for example.

Thank you for supporting our mission, it is recognized and greatly appreciated! If you want to be a part of the Collective, please reach out to: backyardfarmcollective@gmail.com
